Arriving home in the bright spring evening yesterday I happened on an envelope hung from the nail just under the golden number on my door.
The nail, that usually holds wreaths or other decorations, clung lightly to the beautiful parchment envelope with the burgundy penmanship spelling out ‘Miss Roslyn Quin’ on the front.
I broke the wax seal and pulled out the pages inside, reading as hurriedly as the lovely scrawled handwriting would allow. As I read a wonderful warm feeling spread over my body…
It was an invitation to an adventure – in service to one of my favorite people I was set a quest that would lead me a merry dance until November 10th….coincidentally (or not) the date of my 30th birthday.
So now my every day is filling with thoughts of what to do, how to solve the clues and how I will come across them.
I am thrilled to my very fingertips in a way I can’t express.
